Return window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. After a refund is issued, your bank or card provider may take approximately 5–10 business days to post the funds to your account.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have shipped. If an order has already shipped, the return policy above applies.
